Presentation

This program aims to train you in user-centric design methods. The goal of this approach is to identify and test opportunities through the study of usage in order to design relevant innovation strategies for brands.

Optimize the online customer journey
With this program, we offer you a journey through the fundamentals of user-centered design. First of all, to understand, know and know how to integrate into a project the methods and tools that guarantee that the end customer is taken into account. The goal is to imagine, design and create an efficient and innovative service, adapted to all audiences.


Today, organizations and companies must offer their targets or customers a positive experience on all media, in line with their uses and habits. The user experience (UX) is now one of the key levers for brand development. Expert profiles in this field are therefore particularly sought after, opportunities are numerous and brands wishing to innovate and reinforce their commercial efficiency are ready to devote an increasingly important budget to it.

PLUS PÉDAGOGIQUES ET ÉVALUATION

The validation of the year is done by obtaining 60 ECTS by different evaluation methods (case study, simulation, questionnaire ….). Some time in the company is also required.


Competitions
For two weeks, students have to work on a real case study presented by a major advertiser or agency, in order to respond to a specific strategic, marketing or creative issue.


Big talk
At the end of the year, students present their arguments to a jury of professionals on a topic of monitoring and trends in the fields of communication and marketing and defend their point of view.

Prerequisites

Prove that you have a validated bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) or a level 6 certification or equivalent, primarily in the fields of communication, marketing, digital, and management, and satisfy the admission tests.

This program provides 60 ECTS credits and delivers in the 5th year the RNCP certification “ COMMUNICATION AND DIGITAL STRATEGY MANAGER ” of level 7 (RNCP code 31420 | diploma code 16X32014).
