Objectifs, compétences & aptitudes

> Analyze a market and the competitive environment of a brand

Study the strategic and business issues of a brand. Carry out benchmarks, analyze campaigns and associated performance, creative and technological trends and brand universes. Implement and analyze creative and strategic intelligence.

> Analyze and develop a strategy

Analyze the client’s strategy and identify their needs in order to propose creative directions. Knowing how to observe and understand consumer habits. Transform strategic insights into creative insights. Imagine campaigns, design devices in line with the marketing objectives of the brand and its budget.

> Develop the creative concept and manage its implementation

From the idea to the graphic realization, to elaborate creative project from the idea to the graphic realization, to elaborate from defined artistic axes and to know how to work on the different stages of the conception of a campaign or any other creative device (print, editorial, digital, retail, event, audiovisual…) with multidisciplinary teams.

> Manage customer relations

Monitor and manage the budget taking into account the client’s objectives and the allocated budget. Gather the appropriate technical and creative skills and be able to defend the projects (oral presentation or elaboration of a file) and the creative choices. Manage the production of the creative strategy.

> Know the technical tools of creation and understand their uses

To follow and know the technical evolutions in the audiovisual field and their impact on the graphic culture, to use them as a source of creativity.

> Manage a project and a multidisciplinary team

Collaboration, decision-making and even leadership are professional skills that students experience on a daily basis in many courses during practical work, workshops and role-playing exercises in order to learn how to manage a team and a company.

Plus pédagogiques et évaluations

The validation of the year is done by obtaining 120 ECTS by different evaluation methods (case study, simulation, questionnaire ….). Time in the workplace is also required.


Competitions

It is a professional situation. For two weeks, our students work on a real client brief presented by the agency and/or advertiser to respond to a strategic, marketing or creative issue. This transversal work is carried out collectively with a distribution of expectations according to skills, in the form of an agency proposal.


Book day

At the end of the year, students present their portfolio to professionals in the sector. The Book Day is a real springboard interview that allows creative students to distinguish themselves and get noticed, even before they enter the job market.

The professional project: Create your own start-up

The students form mixed project groups between the different specialties in order to carry out this common thread. You will have one year to acquire the entrepreneurial knowledge necessary to create your own fictitious start-up. Those who wish to do so, will have the possibility to join the Omnes Education incubator to be accompanied in order to really deploy their concept.

What are the admission requirements
in Bac+4/5 art direction & visual design ?

Proof of a validated Bac+3 (180 ECTS) or, for parallel admission, a Bac+4 (240 ECTS), a level 6 certification or equivalent, primarily in the fields of artistic creation, communication, marketing and to satisfy the selection tests of the establishment (or equivalent if it is a foreign candidate).

What certification is issued
in Bac+4/5 art direction & visual design ?

This program delivers the RNCP certification “ Artistic & Creative Director ” of level 7 (RNCP code 31993 | diploma code 16X32101).
