Laurence Body, her career, her experience
Laurence Body is an expert in customer experience management and human-centered design. In 2012, she founded X+M. A studio that helps the actors of the old economy, public administrations and territories. Together, they innovate through customer experience (CX) and human-centered service design.
His work has helped multiple companies such as ING Direct, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and Yves Rocher. Among its clients, it also counts destinations such as Val d’Isère, Cognac and Brittany. His studio helps companies build their strategy, their signature and their CX concept. The prototypes are then tested through the implementation of experiments and pilots.
As a speaker, she leads customer journey mapping workshops and service design sprints. In 2019, she is accredited as a Master Trainer and Coach in Service Design by the Service Design Network, of which she co-founded the French chapter.
