Implement an experiential service strategy
This training aims to help you understand the challenges of the customer experience and the customer-centric approach for brands. Understanding the different strategies, identifying new service opportunities, putting them in perspective with the business issues of companies and their trajectory of change. Students will learn to analyze a brand and its market, understand the challenges of internal and external transformation, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and diversify the business.
They will learn how to imagine and prototype services thanks to the techniques of understanding the human factor and co-creation. They will define the marketing of the offer and the acquisition levers. They will learn to define performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of their systems.
Finally, this program aims at understanding the different steps of a customer experience improvement project by putting into practice the knowledge acquired on a real subject.

By obtaining an overall average of at least 10/20 during individual and group tests, during the presentation of the portfolio at the end of the academic year and by validating at least 110 working days in a company during the year.

Professional project: create a start-up
At the beginning of the year, students form mixed project groups between the different specialties in order to carry out the red thread project of the SP5. You will have one year to acquire the knowledge of an entrepreneur while setting up your own fictitious start-up. Those who wish to do so will give life to their project and will be accompanied by the OMNES Education incubator.
