TYPES OF WORK-LINKED TRAINING CONTRACTS

APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACT

  • Accessibility: under 30s
  • Type of employment contract: Fixed-term or permanent
  • Minimum duration: 6 months
  • Maximum duration: 36 months
  • Salary: a percentage of the minimum wage (SMIC), depending on the age of the work-study student, the year of the contract and the company’s collective bargaining agreement.

PROFESSIONALISATION CONTRACT

  • Accessibility: under 26s or over 26s if registered with Pôle Emploi
  • Type of employment contract: Fixed-term or permanent
  • Minimum duration: 12 months
  • Maximum duration: 24 months
  • Salary: a percentage of the minimum wage (SMIC), depending on the age of the work-study student and the company’s collective agreement
