Victor Lambert and Olivier Palle were the first two students to join School of Communication Arts in London from Sup de Pub and have worked very hard during their time there. Their work has constantly improved and their portfolios are looking amazing.
But that is not the good news we wanted to share!
Olivier and Victor entered the “D&AD Student Awards” as a team, with two other SCA students. For this creative competition, they answered to a real brief set by a real client and their idea has been judged by top creatives from around the world.
They have been nominated for a “Student Yellow Pencil”, which rewards an outstanding work. This is an incredible achievement since their idea has surpassed hundreds (maybe thousands) of other ideas sent by students.
We will discover whether they have won the big prize in July, but just being nominated is quite something! Below, a video that explains their creative response: The Nice App.
Good luck team!

Sup de Pub London involved in the Inside Out Project
As part of their course, Sup de Pub students will get involved in the “Inside Out” Project.
This worldwide art project aims to use black and white photographic portraits to share and send messages to the rest of the world. The first step is taking portraits conveying a strong message. Then, these images will be made into posters for students to exhibit in the streets of London. The last step of this artistic work is finding the right place to paste those posters.
“Inside Out“ Project will give the opportunity to our students to express their artistic creativity and to convey a personal message to be seen by all Londoners.

Closing Party at Sup de Pub London
All good things come to an end... The first 2012/13 Sup de Pub Masters session ended on January 25th.
To say goodbye to this wonderful bunch of students, Sup de Pub London organized a farewell party at Bounce, the home of Ping-Pong. Students, teachers and administration shared drinks, pizza and enjoyed hitting a few balls all evening long. A great way to end the semester.
We wish our students the best for their future. We look forward to hearing from you again!

Advertising Competition for a French Liqueur at Sup de Pub London
The M1 Advertising Competition took place in London on the Friday 30th November. 8 agency teams took part and were evaluated by two, three-member judging panels comprised of professionals from the ad industry.
The Brief was to launch a French liqueur called IZARRA (of the Rémy Cointreau Group) on the UK market as a trendy cocktail. The task was very challenging as the brand, completely unknown in the UK market, had only recently been relaunched in the South West of France (the brand's origin) after 13 years of absence.
The two finalists both came up with great creative ideas, tied together in very impressive presentations but the agency ‘Super Gazole’ finally won the day with a brilliant "vegetal-Digital" pitch that beautifully brought the botanical-savvy origin of the brand into a young modern context.
E-learning courses take off at Sup de Pub
In September 2012, Sup de Pub launched its online training programmes, as a complement to the courses given on its campuses. These interactive modules, created in partnership with the Swiss school, CréaGenève, will offer students the possibility to hone their skills with regards to certain software programmes, or to obtain more precise details on subjects brought up during classes at Sup de Pub.
As a result, the entire student body at Sup de Pub will enjoy free access to the interactive e-learning platform, Click’n’Learn. The platform already offers nearly 60 online courses and, throughout the coming year, will be supplemented with new training modules put online in Geneva, London and Paris by the academic staff from our two schools. Students will be informed as soon as a new module goes online so as not to miss out on any of this exclusive content!
